I grew up across Indonesia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe watching cartoons, reading books with pictures, and honing an ability to visualize things – no matter how fantastical or realist – through all the daydreaming I did. Couple that with an affinity for drawing, and you get someone who pursues graphic design as a career (and an MA in Communication Studies and Cultural Encounters).

Over ten years I've worked in-house and freelance in graphic design, art direction, illustration, motion graphics and video. I've spent time in different facets of sustainable development, working with prominent organisations like Global Fashion Agenda and Sex & Samfund (Danish Family Planning Association) among others.

Outside of work I make zines, draw, and keep returning to the same obsessions: underground comics; punk, glam and disco; diasporic storytelling and Southeast Asian visual culture. I design for Recalibrate, a fundraising party for Palestinian causes; sit on the board of Bedside Productions, a collective promoting sex positivity and representation of marginalised groups; and contribute to the editorial team of its flagship publication, Bedtime Magazine.

Based in Copenhagen, open to remote work.
